Before requesting an account, you must sign the Shellfish Aquaculture Harvester Permittee (SAHP) E-Reporting Pilot Permit, which authorizes you to submit your monthly harvest reports electronically using the FARM app. Leaseholders and other authorized individuals who hold a current Shellfish Aquaculture Harvester Permit for a lease can participate. If you haven’t signed the permit yet, please email MarylandFARM.ORP@gmail.com to request a copy.
Once your signed permit is on file, you can request an account using your Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) ID, email, and phone number. The Oyster Recovery Partnership will verify your information, create your account, and notify you once it’s ready. You’ll then be able to log in to the FARM app from your computer, tablet, or phone.
